StreamTV is an IPTV solution which enables it’s users the ability to receive streaming television via an internet connection. This means there is no requirement for the use of an aerial or a satellite dish wired into the property. We do require a UK address in order to register your account.

StreamTV works using an existing internet connection, provided by a third party. It is assumed upon purchase that you (the customer) already have an internet connection and are responsible for any costs incurred, by the use of StreamTV and or any of its services, from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

We recommend that you at least have a 2MB minimum internet connection provided for your TV service to run smoothly and that you have an ‘unlimited usage’ policy (usually including a fair usage allowance) within your Internet package, so as not to incur any extra costs.

The box is not Wi-Fi enabled. As an alternative, we suggest the use of power line adapters - these enable you to expand your network using the existing electrical wiring within your home and without running long Ethernet cables.
For information on these please contact your Internet Service Provider.

Please note our set-top-boxes are not ‘WiFi’ compatible and host no wireless connection capabilities. Please connect the ethernet cable supplied to both the box and your router.

* It is highly recommended that you use a component cable (Red/Green/Blue) and audio cable (Red/White) to get the best picture.
